This idea came from a practitioner who is using EarSeeds on her patients and wanted a way to track the points she uses from one appointment to the next. What a brilliant idea!

These 4″ x 6″ protocol pads include 25 sheets each and they’re a perfect place to mark the points you’ve used and leave a record in your patients file. Simple design includes Blank Ear, Space for Patient name, Date, The practitioner or therapist that the patient saw and an area for notes. You can also mark the point names in margins.
